Everest impressed our editors with their lightning-quick software, although the placement of the action buttons over to the left-hand side of the table took a little getting-used to. We love their resizeable tables, which allows players to multi-table to their heart's content on a single monitor.

Everest is second, perhaps, only to Pacific in the softness of the games. With a truly international and rapidly-growing player base, Everest has been attracting new fish from every corner of the world, where poker IQ still lags behind the relatively developed scenes in North America and Western Europe. The result is noticeably soft competition, even at higher stakes.

Everest suffers from a common gripe we have with many of the sites we review at PokerCroaker.com: no phone support! That being said, our emails were always answered politely and relatively quickly, and we can confidently recommend Everest as one of the more impressive new sites. |
