The network features relatively easy competition, although the software's graphical interface is somewhat clunky; customer service is also hit or miss across the various Microgaming sites, but TGC is on the solid end of the spectrum. TGC has similar software to most of its Microgaming Poker network peers: relatively quick response time, but a somewhat inelegant and no-frills table design.

Competition across the Microgaming Poker network is fairly soft, especially at lower limits and no-limit games. With shared tables among the network sites, our TGC players report no difficulty in finding good games at most limits at any time of day or night. TGC has also enjoyed an influx of novice players thanks both to an aggressive new advertising and promotional campaign, and crossover traffic from the Gaming Club Casino.

TGC has above average customer service, with both email and phone support. Cashouts were fairly quick, although some players have reported being asked to provide ID in order to complete their withdrawal (although this minor annoyance was a one-time request.) TGC also prides itself on above-average security and antifraud measures. |
